Qatar is playing a big role in promoting peace and stability around the world. Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi, the Minister of State at Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recently spoke at a session organized by the Arab Cultural House and the Munich Security Conference. He highlighted Qatar’s strong commitment to dialogue and peaceful resolution for international conflicts.

Dr. Al Khulaifi explained that Qatar provides a neutral platform for countries in conflict to talk and find a peaceful resolution to their issues. For example, Qatar’s Amir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, visited Syria to strengthen cooperation and support the Syrian people after years of hardship.

Qatar is also actively involved in resolving the Gaza crisis. Dr. Al Khulaifi mentioned that Qatar is monitoring the ceasefire agreement between the parties, despite challenges like lack of trust and a growing humanitarian crisis. He stressed the need for strong international support to achieve peaceful solutions.

Additionally, Qatar has been a key player in Afghanistan, emphasizing that stability comes through dialogue and understanding. Qatar’s efforts show its dedication to making the world a more peaceful place.
